Seriously Linda?! Hulk Hogan is NOT Gay
|
No sport is as simultaneously macho and homo as pro wrestling. Burly men grapple in tights, often in highly suggestive positions, all for the amusement of mostly male audiences. Feather boas, sparkly spandex, hot pink and cubic zirconia studs make even ultra-masculine savages look like pansy glam rockers. On top of all that, these guys graze more cock in a week than typical straight men do in a lifetime! Wrestlers are easy targets, right? This is how the “gay” allegation went down. Linda was asked a question taken from a fan email on Matty P’s Radio Happy Hour. It spoke of the “intimate relationship” Hulk Hogan carried on with Brutus Beefcake. Desperate for publicity about her cash-grab book ‘Wrestling the Hulk: My Life Against the Ropes’, she replied,
On occasion it’s amusing to poke fun at the “gay” wrestlers on the TV; especially when you and your buddies are about as athletic as a bag of bricks. Linda Hogan’s comment was different as it was trashy and vindictive. Although it’s annoying that Linda sunk low enough to attack her ex-husband’s sexuality, I can’t say I’m surprised. When there is a divorce going on accusations will fly, no matter how outlandish. The gay attack is one of many in a hostile ex-wife’s bag of tricks. The Hulkster was in fine form on the Wendy Williams Show. He handled his wife’s outrageous claims with class.
If anything Linda Hogan has only damaged her own reputation by attempting to trash the Hulk. His stoic response to her vindictive lie has spoken volumes about his character. Besides, many of us grew up watching the Hulk and the WWF. Good luck finding one Linda Hogan fan in a crowd. |
